WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Typically, most orders are delivered within a transit period of 3 to 5 business days.

The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force major, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

CHANGES ON ORDERS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 Hour of placing your order at contact@gorolia.com, since our order system is automated.
